Guidelines for Applicants (Short-Term Course)

People who want to study with a Short-term Visa, please look at this information. You can attend our Japanese Language Comprehensive Course for up to 3 months.

≪Term for enrollment≫

April, July, October and January.

≪Classes available≫

Level 1 ～ 9	Each level is 3 months

≪Length of the Course≫

3 months	※You can also study for less than 3 months.

≪Class hours≫

Morning Session	9:00～12:40
Afternoon session	13:10～16:50

※You will be placed in the morning or in the afternoon class depending on your level.

≪Requirements to apply≫

Completion of a 12-year education or equivalent admitted by I.C.NAGOYA.
A clear purpose of studying Japanese.

≪Fees≫

Admission fee	30,000 yen
Tuition	170,000 yen (3 months)
Facilities & maintenance fee	6,500 yen (3 months)

≪Deadline for application≫

April course	～Beginning of March
July course	～Late of May
October course	～Beginning of September
January course	～Late of November

≪Application Procedures≫

Complete the “Questionnaire” and send it to I.C.NAGOYA.
↓
After checking it the school will give you an “Application form”
↓
Submit the required “Application Documents” to I.C.NAGOYA
↓
Examination
↓
Pay the school fees and receive a “Certificate of Admission” from I.C.NAGOYA
↓
Apply for the Short-term visa
↓
Arrive in Japan and enter I.C.NAGOYA
