People from various countries learn language and culture at I.C.NAGOYA in order to spread their wings around the world. In order to meet this need, I.C.NAGOYA has continued to pursue the importance of communication through language education and cross-cultural understanding for over 40 years since its predecessor, the Sony Language Laboratory Nagoya School, which opened in 1982.

This is the philosophy of I.C.NAGOYA, and the ideal that both faculty and students aspire to. I.C.NAGOYA offers two courses, the Japanese Comprehensive Course and the General Japanese Course, where students from more than 40 countries study. There are many opportunities to improve your Japanese by communicating with students from various countries using Japanese. In addition, you can deepen your understanding of various countries, and studying abroad is a good opportunity to learn about your own country.

When interacting with Japanese people or learning Japanese, there may be times when you do not understand the way Japanese people think and express themselves.
